A Busy Summer
As we look forward to the New Year we prepare for a busy summer ahead
It has been a while since we posted a blog but we thought it would be a good time to discuss what Rakiura is like over the summer.
It starts to get very busy, or busy in terms of Rakiura, as the summer warms up and the school holidays see families and holiday home owners swell the population of our wonderful island. At Church Hill we keep a constant pace regardless of the numbers of visitors to the island as we have our maximum of 6 guests an evening which means we aren't crazy busy so have plenty of time and energy to meet the needs of those staying with us. We have solid bookings over the coming months and look forward to once again welcoming visitors from all over the world after a number of years of Covid restrictions.
The weather is predicted to be warm and dry over the summer which means what is a beautiful place already is just that little bit more appealing.
We have now focused our restaurant towards our in house guests which means we can really give those staying the best food options on the island. We love sharing the island with our guests and are happy to help you find the best way to enjoy your time with us. It is often the little things that make a holiday prefect, so we really focus on them. We just love meeting people and giving experiences that we would love to experience when we travel. Our guests enjoyment is our number one priority and always do, and offer, the best we can.
If you are booked to stay with us we truly look forward to your visit and if you are looking for a place to stay then we would love to be your hosts. Hopefully we have an option for you at Church Hill, but if not, we wish you all the best with finding the thing that makes a holiday on Rakiura a magical experience.
